- This is a used blower vacuum pump that has been tested When still hooked to the motor it seemed to blow like it should but was squeaky. I took it off of the base and when turning it by hand with the pulley up it works smoothly. But when flipped pulley side down it seems to rub on the inside. Seems like it has some slight end play.
