This is a used tank that is fairly clean and in good condition.
We are not sure if this tank is Polyethylene or polypropylene.
Polyethylene (PE) and polypropylene (PP) are both versatile thermoplastics, but they have key differences. Polypropylene is generally stiffer, more heat-resistant, and more resistant to certain chemicals than polyethylene. Polyethylene, on the other hand, is more flexible, can be more transparent, and is often more cost-effective.
We cleaned this tank out and it cleaned up well. It still has some very minor residue stuck to the inside about half way up as seen in the pictures. We did not power wash this, I think that would take it all off.
Base is very heavy duty, made of 3x3" 1/4 thick angle iron.
Discharge height is 23" and overall height is 65"
This is the description from the manufacture;
AP Series Open Top Cone Bottom Tanks are molded one-piece construction from Linear Polyethylene (PE) with Support Stands molded one-piece construction from the same durable Polyethylene. The Polyethylene material provides greater corrosion resistance and lightweight construction with less maintenance required. The cone bottom design allows for complete drainage. A large Mouse Hole opening through leg of stand allows for easy access to drain fitting. Overall dimensions include tank and stand combined.
