This is a Big Joe lift that was custom made with three phase electrical instead of battery power. This is a used lift, we tested it and it works like it should. This lift was custom made for The Lasko Company, they are a company that makes pill handling equipment for the pharmaceutical companies. When new this lift had a large hopper on the forks that dispensed pills into a bottling machine. This would be a great fit for an application that needs more lift height than a scissor lift. Also with this three phase pump, the duty cycle will be 100%.
We did notice that the hydraulic hose that goes to the second stage cylinder in the mast is missing some of the outer coating. It is not currently leaking but we still wanted to mention it.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Capacity: 2000 lbs. in the lower first stage (up to a height of 51") then 1500 lbs. in the upper stage from 51" to 90" (We load tested it to capacity).
This is a full free lift mast this allows the forks to raise completely in the first stage (up to 51") before the mast extends.
With the forks at the lowest point they are 5-1/2" to the top.
Lift speed is 12 feet per minute.
Load center: 18"
Lift height: 90" (90-1/2" is actual max fork height).
Mast lower height: 67"
Forks are 4" wide 1" thick and 27" long
Forks adjust/slide from 4-1/2" on center to 21" on center when completely spread.
