This is a used Kemp (Spencer?) Multistage Fabricated Centrifugal Blower Turbine that has been refurbished, and is ready for work.
We acquired this unit in this condition, it was from the spare parts crib of a large manufacture. It was repainted since being used and I would assume they went through the whole thing.
