  • This is a new gear reducer.
  • It looks like it has sat around for a while and been pushed a shoved around, but being what it is there is no damage that will effect usability.
  • There is no tag on this reducer, only a casting # LS4-2500B-3700
  • The weight is 310 pounds.
  • The dimensions not including shafts and oil cap are; 370MM WIDE X 430MM LONG X 300MM HIGH.
  • The long shaft that goes all the way through the gear box protrudes out the one end 30MM and has a 60MM I.D. and 121MM deep bore with a 16MM key on that end. This is intended to be used by inserting a 60MM shaft. The other end of that shaft protrudes out 175MM with the first 95MM being 70MM in diameter and the remaining 80MM being 60MM in diameter. The other (short) shaft is 90MM long and has a diameter of 70MM. All shafts have key slots.
  • This gearbox is very heavy duty and has large 130MM I.D. bearings.
  • The lid is fastened by two small cap screws and the mounting bolts that go all the way through the gearbox and through the mounting plate. One of the mounting bolts is missing and the other 3 have damaged threads.
  • There is no oil in the gearbox just some grease on the gears.
  • It has a sight glass to monitor the oil level.
