This is a lot of 9 (new and used) C-403-HDC Standard Hot Dipped Galvanized Beam Clamps with 10 Hot Dipped Galvanized leveling washers and 13 stainless steel 1/2-13 strut nuts plus a few other parts as seen in the pictures.
H-STRUT Standard Beam Clamp are designed to secure all H-STRUT 1-5/8" wide channels, or threaded rod, to beams or supports for the purpose of running piping, conduit or tubing. These H-STRUT fittings are manufactured from 1/4" thick carbon steel.
